The largest casino in size in Las Vegas is the MGM Grand. This Casino houses 5,690 hotel rooms along with its many gaming floors. The next largest casino is the Luxor. It boasts 4,408 hotel rooms and is shaped like a pyramid, thus its name. Mandalay Bay, The Venetian, Excalibur, Bellagio, Circus Circus, Flamingo, Caesar’s Palace and Mirage round out the top ten largest casinos in Las Vegas.
Another casino in Las Vegas may not be the biggest but it is very popular for the thrill seeker. New York New York casino offers the Manhattan Express roller coaster ride. This ride skirts the outside of the casino/hotel and screaming riders can be heard on the sidewalks below.
This article would not be complete without mentioning the ever popular Fremont Street experience. It is located in the middle of Las Vegas and its daily light show is a crowd favorite. There are ten casinos located on Fremont Street and each compliments the other.
